Where are you located?
We ship worldwide, but our main office is located in Preston, a suburb of Melbourne Victoria.

Do you have a showroom I can browse/purchase from?
Yes, we currently have a huge range of our products on display. We are located at 22-24 Beecher street Preston 3072 VIC.

What are your opening hours?
Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm

Sat: 9am-4pm

Sun: Closed

We are closed on Victorian Public Holidays 

Can I get an item shipped overseas?
Certainly, send us an e-mail and we can send you a shipping estimate for your country.

I ordered a sliding gate kit, and my hardware has arrived, but no tracks?
When purchasing a sliding gate kit, we must send your order with a courier because of how long the tracks are. This means they are a separate parcel to the rest of the sliding gate kit. Don’t worry, they are both shipped on the same day and generally arrive within hours of one another. If it’s been over 48 hours and you haven’t seen the rest of your order give us a call and we can track your shipment.

How do I install this product?
The majority of our products are simple to install for the average DIYer, and most items come with an installation manual. However if you are unsure of something we always recommend getting some professional advice from your local handyman or gate manufacturer.

Do you do Custom gate frames?
Unfortunately no, we only supply hardware, however if you’re looking into making your own gate please see our brand new easy install Aluminium panels.

What is your return Policy?
All Motors have a 12 month warranty. All other products have a 14 day return policy, if there is a major fault, please contact us via e-mail including details of your reason for return.
