Q: Where are you located?
A: We ship worldwide, but our main office is located in Thornbury, a suburb of Melbourne Victoria.

Q:Do you have a showroom I can browse/ purchase from?
A: Yes, we currently have a huge range of our products on display as well as some examples of our hinges in action, feel  free to come see us at 278 Dundas St in Thornbury.

Q: What are your opening hours?
A: Our business hours are
Mon-Fri : 8:00am-6:00pm

Sat: 9:00am-4:00pm
Q: Can I get an item shipped overseas?
A: Certainly, just give us a call or e-mail and we’ll send you a shipping estimate to your country.

Q: I ordered a sliding gate kit, and my hardware has arrived, but no tracks?
A: When purchasing a sliding gate kit, we must send your order with two separate couriers as the 3m long tracks are taken by a freight company. Don’t worry, they are both shipped on the same day and generally arrive within hours of one another. If it’s been over 24 hours and you haven’t seen the rest of your order do give us a call and we can track your shipment.

Q: How do I install this product?
A: The majority of our products are simple to install for the average DIYer, and most items come with an installation manual. However if you are unsure of something we always recommend getting some professional advice from your local handyman or gate manufacturer.
Q: Do you do Custom gate frames?
A: Unfortunately no, we only supply hardware, however if you’re looking into making your own gate please see our brand new easy install aluminium panels (link pls).

Q: What is your return Policy?
All Motors have a 12 month warranty. All other products have a 14 day return policy, if there is a major fault, please contact us via e-mail including details of your reason for return.
