When purchasing a Sliding Gate Kit, we must send your order with a courier because of how long the tracks are. This means they are a separate parcel to the rest of the sliding gate kit. Don’t worry, they are both shipped on the same day and generally arrive within hours of one another. If it’s been over 48 hours and you haven’t seen the rest of your order give us a call and we can track your shipment.

Return and Exchange policy
1. If you change your mind or your order is not quite right, you may return it to us within 7 days of the date you receive it. You must lodge a return request via the email “contact us” page. Alternatively, you can contact us with your name and order number and our customer care team advice next step. You are responsible for the cost of returning items.
Items returned must be in “as-new” condition. This means you have not used, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items. Please return items secured in their original packaging if possible.
After we have received your item and confirmed it is in “as-new” condition, we will issue you with a refund less 20% re-stocking fee or store credit of the purchase price less the initial delivery fees. If you have purchased an item using a free shipping offer and returned it because you have changed your mind, we will deduct the actual shipping cost to us from your refund. If we cannot be satisfied that you purchased the product from us then we will not accept your product for return.
2. Our most important task is to ensure your absolute satisfaction. We will always strive to reach that target. However, we acknowledge that mistakes are made occasionally. This paragraph covers that possibility. If you are not wholly satisfied with the Product, Please tell us at the earliest opportunity:

1) Parcels are collected by courier companies from 3pm to 5pm.
2) Parcels are then processed at sortation facilities in Victoria.
3) Smaller parcels like cartons and envelopes tend to arrive at their destination quicker.
4) Bulky items require special handling facilities and therefore, tend to arrive slightly later to the same destination.
5) So don't stress! Please allow courier companies a couple of days. If you still have not received your items by then, give us a call.
