Returns And Exchange Policy 

At Tigerlink Hardware, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers' satisfaction by providing top-quality products. We understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern the process of returning faulty products and handling change of mind returns.



**Conditions for All Returns:**

- All refund, exchange, or repair requests must be accompanied by one of the following proof of purchase documents: Tax invoice, Sales Order (quotations will not be accepted), or Delivery slip.

- Our team members are not responsible for providing your proof of purchase; it is the customer's responsibility to supply valid documentation for validation.

- Customers must ensure that the product is securely packed to prevent damage during the return shipping process.

- All returns must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.

- Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used during the original purchase unless otherwise agreed upon between Tigerlink Hardware and the customer.

- Tigerlink Hardware reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified criteria or are received beyond the allowed time frames.


**Condition 1: Faulty Products**

If you receive a product that is found to be defective or faulty due to manufacturing or other issues attributable to Tigerlink Hardware, please notify us of your intention to return the product at the earliest opportunity, along with descriptions, photos, or videos explaining the fault(s).

Upon receipt of the faulty product and assessment by our team, if it is determined that the issue is indeed from our end and not due to customer misuse or damage, we will gladly offer you a return or refund in accordance with relevant laws and regulations concerning product warranties and consumer rights.


**Condition 2: Change of Mind**

For change of mind returns, we will be pleased to assist you based on the following conditions:

- You must notify us of your intention to return the product at the earliest opportunity.

- The product must be returned with all accessories and packaging intact and in its original saleable condition, as determined by OUR assessment.

- Please note that used products cannot be returned under any circumstances except under Condition 1 (Faulty Products).

- Refunds apply to the cost of products only and do not cover shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Return shipping costs and risks shall be the responsibility of the customer.

- Time Periods for Change of Mind Returns (from the date of receipt of products) :

        Within 14 Days: We will provide a 100% refund or arrange for a replacement, depending on your preference and only if the products meet the conditions stated above.

        After 14 Days but not more than 60 Days: A restocking fee of 20% will be applicable on the refunded or exchanged amount.

        After 60 Days but not more than 180 Days: A restocking fee of 20% will be applicable on the refunded or exchanged amount. Only store credits can be offered.

       After 180 Days: No change of mind returns can be accepted.


**Policy Updates:**

Tigerlink Hardware reserves the right to modify or update this refund/return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
